Responsibilities:
Plan and execute domestic and international marketing events, including industry exhibitions, client salons, industry networking sessions, and business functions, to enhance brand influence and support client acquisition efforts.
Develop and maintain relationships with overseas clients and partners; identify cooperation opportunities through in-person visits, business networking, and industry events to drive business growth.
Manage the end‑to‑end execution of marketing events, including event planning, guest invitations, venue coordination, material preparation, on‑site management, and post‑event reviews, ensuring smooth and successful delivery.
Participate in the preparation and on‑site execution of domestic and international exhibitions, covering booth setup, client reception, business negotiations, lead collection, and follow‑up, to improve conversion efficiency.
Gather market intelligence and competitor activities; stay informed about key exhibitions, forums, and marketing events to support business development strategies.
Coordinate with event suppliers, partner agencies, and media resources to ensure quality and timely execution of all activities.
Track, compile, and analyze event performance data, and continuously optimize event formats and client experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Business, Communications, English, or related fields.
Fluent in English with native or near‑native oral proficiency; capable of conducting business negotiations, hosting client receptions, and emceeing events in English as a working language. Alternatively, non‑Chinese nationals currently in China with fluent Chinese are also welcome.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in overseas marketing, business development, event management, or brand marketing; prior experience in organizing international exhibitions, industry events, or client salons is preferred.
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and business networking skills; adept at building trust with clients and capable of independently carrying out business development activities.
Strong event planning and execution abilities, with the capacity to coordinate internal and external resources and drive projects to completion efficiently.
Quick learner, responsible, and a team player, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally for exhibitions, client visits, and various business events.
Working Hours: Alternate 5‑day and 6‑day workweeks.
Benefit:
Compensation: Monthly salary RMB2,0000 – 30,000, negotiable and open for discussion based on experience.
