Job Details:

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via HubSpot ticketing system in a timely and professional manner

Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues, escalating complex cases to technical or engineering teams when needed

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM (HubSpot)

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, service, parts, logistics) to resolve customer concerns

Track and follow up on open support tickets to ensure timely resolution

Support order status inquiries, shipping/delivery timelines, and basic account questions
