We are an exhibition booth design and construction company headquartered in Singapore, providing end-to-end exhibition solutions from concept and design to fabrication and on-site installation.
As part of our business expansion in China, we are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team and grow with us.
We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and support our China team as we expand our exhibition booth design and construction business in the China market. The role will work closely with the Singapore headquarters to develop the China market, maintain a steady flow of projects and ensure the team is well supported to deliver projects successfully.
Office Location: Shanghai
Work Arrangement: Full time, On-site
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the China team and oversee day-to-day operations
- Work closely with the Singapore headquarters and provide regular updates on China business activities and projects
- Develop new business opportunities and support the growth of the China market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and suppliers
- Oversee project and enquiry flow to ensure opportunities are followed up and projects progress smoothly
- Support the sales, design and project teams in managing client requirements and project matters
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule
- Provide guidance and support to the team in their daily work and project execution
- Monitor overall business activities and contribute ideas to improve operations and business development
Qualifications:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in exhibition, events, interior, construction or related industries
- Strong business development, client management and team management skills
- Good understanding of the China exhibition and events market
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently while working closely with the Singapore headquarters
- Proactive, responsible and commercially minded
- Good problem-solving and people management skills
- Fluent in Chinese, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is an advantage
