Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
1.Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles within targeted time frame, including but not limited to comments, images, videos and audio, liaising with Marketing and Community team where required.
2.Engage with community users on a daily basis, such as answering questions, commenting on posts and correcting their exercises, minimum 30 per day.
3.Answer specific questions users’ post when using a community or platform.
4.Regularly feed back insights gained from community moderation into the Community team, report on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes
5.Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date
6.Implement the online community moderation strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and providing superior quality of customer service and support to our community
7.Assist and facilitate community activities to ensure the community vitality.
Qualifications:
Requirements
1.Proficient in English and fluent in one of the following languages: French / Spanish / German / Italian / Japanese / Korean / Chinese / English
2.Active thinking, user operation / community operation experience is preferred.
3.Ability to effectively communicate information and report statistics
4.Have a good knowledge of principles of customer service
5.Team player, detail focused and reliable
6.Knowledge of the Company’s industry and targeted demographic’s culture, as well as internet culture
