Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

## The Role



We are hiring two experienced Operations Specialists to join our China-based operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring projects stay on schedule from order placement through final delivery.



This is a hands-on coordination role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.



## Key Responsibilities



* Manage orders throughout the entire lifecycle, from purchase order creation to final delivery

* Coordinate closely with suppliers, factories, clients, and internal teams to keep timelines on track

* Identify and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks before they impact delivery schedules

* Communicate updates clearly and effectively using a structured, solution-oriented approach

* Apply root-cause analysis methodologies, including the 5 Whys framework, to investigate issues and prevent recurrence

* Maintain accurate documentation, records, and status updates across all active projects

* Ensure stakeholders remain informed, aligned, and accountable throughout the process

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in supply chain, order management, operations, sourcing, logistics, or a related coordination role

* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

* Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills

* Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive tasks to completion

* High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset

* Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

* Mature professionals with proven operational experience



## Language Requirements



**Chinese:** Professional fluency (written and spoken)



**English:** Strong professional proficiency required. You should be comfortable leading calls, coordinating with international teams, and preparing clear written updates.



## Preferred Qualifications



* Experience working directly with factories, suppliers, or manufacturing partners

* Background in international supply chain or sourcing operations

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Experience collaborating across multiple time zones and global teams

* Familiarity with project management and operational tracking tools
