We’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing global marketing team.
You will source and develop new client partnerships, tapping into abundant global brand resources to expand business.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1) Market Expansion and Business Development
- Proactively reach out to potential customers, introduce V-Trust’s services, and schedule follow-ups.
- Tradeshow Representation: Attend industry trade shows, engage with booth visitors, and collect valuable sales leads.
2) Customer Relationship Management
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via various channels with professionalism and care.
- Lead Tracking: Accurately maintain records of customer interactions and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
3) Marketing and Brand Enhancement
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team sales goals.
4) Market Intelligence and Analysis:
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights for business decisions.
Qualifications:
The Personnel We're Looking For
- Native English proficiency is essential. Native Japanese/Spanish/French/Portuguese speakers are warmly welcome to apply.
- Chinese speaking is a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking over the phone and face-to-face.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.
- B2B sales experience, especially in Supply Chain or Foreign Trade, is preferred.
No prior sales experience is a must. Fresh post-graduates are welcome to apply- we'll provide comprehensive training!
