Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for full lifecycle management of overseas client projects. Serve as the key liaison between overseas clients and internal teams, covering project initiation, solution implementation, schedule control, delivery, acceptance and after-sales support. Independently handle cross-cultural communication, project risks and requirement changes, ensure high-quality and on-time project delivery, improve overseas client satisfaction and repeat business, and drive overseas business growth.

2、Summarize overseas project experience, sort out SOPs, delivery standards and FAQ databases. Optimize cross-department collaboration mechanisms and improve overall project efficiency. Support overseas business expansion with professional project management support.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in spoken and written English, able to communicate with foreign clients independently
2. Rich experience in overseas project management, familiar with international project delivery process
3. Strong cross-cultural communication, risk control and cross-team coordination ability
4. Strict logic, strong execution and client awareness
