Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Communication System Building for Western Markets
• Content Engine Development: Lead the revamp of the English official website and LinkedIn global page, along with SEO strategies. Plan and produce technical white papers, case studies, and industry trend reports tailored for European and American Warehouse Managers, Supply Chain Directors, and Integrators.
• Media & KOL Relations: Establish and maintain deep relationships with core industry media such as Modern Materials Handling, Logistics Management, and Supply Chain Dive. Screen and build a cooperative network with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the Western logistics technology sector.
2. Cross-Cultural Brand Activation & Digital Marketing
• Global Events & PR: Manage brand exposure, booth design, and communication activities for top-tier international exhibitions, industry forums, and conferences in Europe and America.
• Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms. Optimize brand budget allocation based on data-driven metrics (ROI / MQL / Share of Voice).
3. Internal Cross-Functional "Translator" & Enabler
• Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with domestic R&D and Product teams to identify and package HWAtobotics' technical highlights, transforming them into internationally competitive marketing materials.
• Sales Enablement: Provide overseas sales teams with brand messaging, sales toolkits, and ensure consistency of brand standards globally.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment; direct experience in operating brands for European/American markets (North America or EU) is mandatory.
2. Language: Native-level business English writing proficiency (capable of independently writing and publishing press releases); basic Mandarin Chinese communication skills.
3. Nationality: Open to foreign nationals/expatriates.
