MISSION

The Finance Manager Wuhan is responsible to lead the company's short and long-range plan development; help drive the business toward achievement of those plans, financial and non-financial; and safeguard Opmobility assets. Work is performed in a fast-paced environment within tight time restraints. Unusual hours and travel may be required.

Outline the key areas of responsibility for this position, including the related activities and eventual authorities

He/she have authority to stop machines in case of immediate risk.
Consciously accept safety training, actively participate in safety activities and comply with safety regulations.
Report unsafe status and behaviors in time and actively participate in safety improvement.
Must comply with all safety rules and regulations.
Organize and follow up the accounting of the company for external and internal reporting
Implement corporate financial rules and procedures and control their enforcement
Relationships with Tax、 statistical、 financial institutions and co-operation with internal and external auditors
Reviews of financial impact of current and future operations
Oversee budget forecasting, long-range plan development and implementation
Responsible for operating reviews and identifying business process improvements
Responsible for supervising and developing direct reports

Integrated Management System (IMS)

Qualifications:

Personal Background

At least 3-year senior level financial position
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance

Job Technical skills

Experience in accounting, costing, pricing, and financial reporting.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common applications used in office
Chinese language and verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Soft skills

Must have leadership & organization skills
Ability to maintain working relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data
Experience in automotive financial management preferred
