Job Details:

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with industry clients.



Identify and manage relationships with industry lecturers/trainers.



Plan and execute offline events.



Participate in overseas industry exhibitions, assist with booth setup, and generate leads.



Shoot and edit videos, create and post image‑text content, and build/manage the company’s social media accounts.



Assist the China‑based team with copy translation tasks.



Oversee the setup, operation, and user engagement of social media platforms.



Leverage data analysis to design and implement the company’s online promotion strategies.



Drive the execution of key promotional initiatives, coordinate cross‑departmental communication, and ensure project progress and results.



Complete other duties assigned by the department manager.


Qualifications:


Proficient in both English and Chinese as working languages, with strong spoken and written skills in each.



Possess a negotiation mindset and strong interpersonal/social skills.



Able to manage the visual and audio quality of social media content in line with company guidelines and local cultural nuances to achieve brand communication goals.



Capable of independently planning and executing offline events, including attendee recruitment.



Highly action‑oriented with exceptional execution and communication skills; able to turn ideas into reality quickly.



Result‑driven with strong self‑motivation.
