Account Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop OEM/EMS clients locally and internationally (including Shenzhen area) to promote professional services such as component testing, quality inspection, and factory audits.

2. Handle client outreach, needs analysis, quotations, business negotiations, contract signing, and ensure order fulfillment and settlement.

3. Collaborate with internal lab teams to coordinate the smooth execution of testing and quality inspection projects.

4. Follow up on customer orders assigned by the manager, respond promptly to client inquiries, and ensure timely delivery.

5. Track client payments according to agreements and ensure successful collection of service fees.

6.Regularly analyze sales issues, adjust strategies, and improve performance.

7.Participate in the selection, recommendation, and maintenance of business promotion websites, and support marketing plan execution.

8. Update marketing materials for company services to enhance brand image.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the electronics industry (component distribution or testing services), with OEM/EMS client resources preferred.

2. Familiarity with factory operations and management processes.

3.Fluent spoken English and professional written English.

4. Proactive, able to work under pressure, and results-oriented.

5.Associate degree or above; degree in electronics or related field preferred.

1. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
