Responsibilities:

Set up Osaka office on behalf of the Hong Kong company, including looking for office space by rental or by purchase.

Meet related local partners in Osaka of Japan (mainly local Real Estate Developers, local Real Estate Agents, and Immigration lawyers, etc), to establish collaboration relationships.

Drafting Japan Real Estate sales and Japan Residency Visa documents by studying Japan Government files and online resources. Drafting related contracts under support of local real estate agent and immigration lawyers

Support CEO when CEO travel to Osaka

Other work where and when necessary for stable operation of the Osaka office.
