【Established Date】Tianjin and State of Sinaloa, Mexico formally signed a letter of intent for friendly exchange and cooperation relations on October 28, 2006.
【City Characteristics】Sinaloa is located in northwest Mexico, with Culiacan as its capital. Agriculture is the backbone of its economy and makes it the most important agricultural state in Mexico. Its fishery and tourism are also well developed. Railways run through the whole state, and its highway leads to Durango and other inland cities. The state’s main port is Mazatlán Port.
