Notice on Suspension of Services at the One-Stop Service Window for Foreigners Working in China

Due to construction work on the third floor of the Xiangfu Office Area, the One-Stop Service Window originally located at this site will be temporarily closed starting from October 14, 2025. All related services will need to be processed separately during this period. The closure is initially scheduled for two weeks, and the specific resumption date will be announced separately.

Interim Arrangements for the Work Permit Application for Foreigners Working in China:
(1) Application Location:
Room 1130, 11th Floor, Changsha Science and Technology Bureau, No. 218 Yuelu Avenue, Yuelu District, Changsha City
(2) Appointment Method:
Organizations requiring to submit work permit application materials must register and make an appointment in advance via the appointment telephone number: 88666716.
(3) Notes on Material Submission:
For work permit applications involving medical examination requirements, the medical examination report is mandatory and cannot be omitted. Please ensure it is submitted together with other application materials. Incomplete materials will affect the processing progress.

Interim Arrangements for the Residence Permit Application for Foreigners Working in China:
(1) Application Location:
Exit-Entry Administration Detachment of Changsha Public Security Bureau, No. 30 Jindun Road, Yuhua District, Changsha City
(2) Notes on Material Submission:
For applications involving foreigner visa and residence permit documents, the Work Permit Notice and the medical examination report are mandatory and cannot be omitted. Please ensure they are submitted together with other application materials. Incomplete materials will affect the processing progress.

Health Certificate Application for Foreigners Working in China:
(1) The application address remains unchanged: No. 188 Xiangfu Zhong Road, Yuhua District, Changsha City.
(2) Please make an appointment in advance via the WeChat Official Account "Hunan International Travel Healthcare Center". Consultation Tel: 0731-86869431 / 86869403.
(3) Please visit on your scheduled appointment date with your valid passport and two recent 2-inch color passport photos (with a plain background). The acceptance hours are on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Please be advised to fast and avoid alcohol before the examination.
