Shanghai Museum
Throughout June, the Shanghai Museum on People's Square will host special evening sessions every Friday and Saturday, extending its hours until 9 pm (last entry at 7 pm).
The exhibition
On Top of the Pyramid: The Civilization of Ancient Egypt is currently being held, featuring 492 sets of 788 precious artifacts from various periods of ancient Egyptian history.
The exhibition runs until Aug 17. From July 1 until the exhibition closes, the museum will be open until 9 pm (except Mondays, when it is closed). During the final week, the museum will offer an uninterrupted 24/7 experience, setting a world record for 168 continuous hours of operation.

Q-Can Art Museum
The Q-Can Art Museum opened in Hongkou district this January. Its first exhibition highlights the academic accomplishments of the husband-and-wife architect duo, Liang Sicheng and Lin Huiyin, in the field of Chinese architecture.
The exhibition transforms their achievements into a tangible cultural experience through nearly 400 exhibits, including manuscripts, drawings, archives, videos, and recordings. The exhibition will be open until Aug 31.

Right Art Museum
Located near the historic residence of architect Laszlo Hudec and just steps away from the trendy Xingfuli spot, the Right Art Museum offers a unique nighttime art experience.
It features a flexible and spacious layout with creative partitions and arrangements that create distinct exhibition areas. The exhibition BE THE LIGHT is currently open to the public and runs until June 16.

Museum of Art Pudong
Designed by renowned architect Jean Nouvel, the Museum of Art Pudong harmoniously integrates with the surrounding riverside landscape.
Open year-round, the museum has recently introduced a night session. Two major exhibitions are currently open to the public, and the anticipated exhibition Paths to Modernity: Masterpieces from the Musee d'Orsay, Paris will debut on June 19.

Long Museum West Bund
Every Friday to Sunday, the Long Museum West Bund extends its hours until 9 pm, offering visitors the chance to explore art after dark.
The museum currently features three major exhibitions:
Panorama: Timeless Imprints of Civilization, Jean-Michel Othoniel: The Enchantment, and a solo exhibition by the artist Wang Yi.

chi K11 Art Museum
Since its opening in 2013, the chi K11 Art Museum has hosted over 60 art exhibitions, more than 600 exhibition lectures, and a variety of art workshops and forums.
Two exhibitions are currently being held:
The Call I Missed by Thai artist Wisut Ponnimit and an exhibition showcasing the significant literary works of Song Dynasty (960-1279) scholar and poet Su Shi.

Aurora Museum
Nestled among the skyscrapers of the Lujiazui area, the Aurora Museum is a discreetly luxurious structure known as the "cultural jewel box by the Huangpu River".
Every Friday, the museum extends its hours until 9 pm. In addition to its permanent exhibitions, visitors can also attend special nighttime lectures.
