On August 27, Beijing Daxing International Airport opened the international passenger channel as well as a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility at its fixed-base operator (FBO) for business flights. In the future, this FBO will mainly serve both inbound and outbound international business flights. Business aircraft travel is dominated by business travelers, and the opening of this channel can therefore provide a superior platform and guarantee for the business aviation operations both in China and abroad.Since the implementation of the 144-hour visa-free transit policy by the National Immigration Administration of the People's Republic of China, more and more foreigners wish to travel to China. To cope with an increasing number of business flights arriving in and departing from Beijing, the FBOs at both Beijing Capital International Airport and Beijing Daxing International Airport now handle on-site foreigners' applications for the Temporary Entry Permits. The opening of the international passenger channel will further facilitate international exchanges between China and the world by providing convenient and efficient one-stop ground services for global travelers.
