Insights from Sinologists | Experiencing the Xinjiang in Wang Meng's novel, Elham Sadat Mirzania found it unforgettable

Editor's Note: Recently, the "China in the Eyes of Sinologists: A Cultural Tour in Xinjiang" delegation traveled through Kashi, Urumqi, Ili and beyond in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Elham Sadat Mirzania, writer, translator, and teacher in the Chinese Language Department at Toronto Metropolitan University, said this is her second visit to Xinjiang. She said that great changes have taken place in both tourism development and people's lives, and people in Xinjiang were very kind and hospitable, making them enjoy every moment there.
At present, she is translating Wang Meng's Zhe Bian Feng Jing (Unique Landscape). Readers will soon have the opportunity to read this work in Persian.
