Joe Buetzler, Corporate General Manager & CFO of Linde Engineering Region APAC was granted ‘Zhejiang West Lake Friendship’ award by The People’s Government of Zhejiang Province in 2023 and the title of “Hangzhou Qianjiang Friendship Ambassador” by The People’s Municipal Government of Hangzhou in 2022. He has worked and lived in Hangzhou for many years, lauding the city for its culture, livability, and can-do spirit. He facilitated the establishment of the Asia Pacific headquarters of Linde Engineering in Xihu District, which is the first foreign Fortune 500 company to do so in Zhejiang.
