Fine Dining Leaves The Dining Room: Shenzhen Star Chef Gourmet Festival

Twelve of Shenzhen’s hotel, Michelin-recognized, and popular restaurant kitchens come together at UpperHills for the city’s first Star Chef Gourmet Festival. Regional Chinese flavors lead the lineup, with Chaoshan, Cantonese, Fujian, Hunan, and Yunnan cooking joined by Mediterranean dishes, wagyu specialties, and contemporary vegetarian plates. Across the 12 kitchens, house signatures meet seasonal specials, with chefs putting some of their strongest dishes forward for a three-day tasting showdown. A Star Map stamp hunt, live music under the moon, and roaming performances keep the plaza exciting between bites.
