Are you feeling bored because you still haven't figured out where to relax on the weekend?
Then follow Hangzhoufeel's lead and embark on a one-hour drive from downtown Hangzhou to immerse yourself in a sea of cherry blossoms! Hidden at Miji Village, Linglong Town, Lin'an, nearly 1,000 acres of Cerasus 'Zhongguohong'—over 100,000 in total—are quietly coming into bloom.
Cultivated since 2012, the Cerasus 'Zhongguohong' (China Red Cherry Blossom) is a hybrid variety selectively bred from Prunus cerasoides and Cerasus campanulata Maxim. Renowned for its resilience to cold and drought, it is particularly beloved for its early blooming period, prolonged flowering duration, and striking crimson blossoms.
Here, you can stroll beneath the cherry blossom trees and wander along a scenic
waterfront greenway stretching over 700 meters. Additionally, Miji Village has specially designed a cherry blossom train for those who prefer not to walk. This train allows visitors to glide through the cherry blossom garden and quietly savor this leisurely moment.
There is no admission fee for the Cherry Blossom Viewpoint in Miji Village, and all visitors can freely immerse themselves in nature’s splendid gift. Visitors driving to the site can park along the roadside or at the scenic viewpoint on the mountaintop. If parking spaces are full, you can simply park along the outer roadside and walk in.
With all the preferable conditions, the site has attracted a large number of visitors, so we kindly ask everyone to adhere to traffic regulations and park properly. Additionally, it is everyone's responsibility to protect the flowers and plants—please let the flowers bloom where they are.
