Wallscapes Future International Youth Practice Camp Opens – Chinese and Foreign Young Scholars Collaborate on the Revitalization of Nanjing City Walls

On the morning of August 31, the "Wallscapes Future" International Youth Practice Camp kicked off at the Nanjing City Wall Museum. Nearly 60 young scholars from four universities—University of Florence in Italy, Middle East Technical University in Turkey, Southeast University, and Nanjing University—gathered in Nanjing to begin a two-week cross-cultural, interdisciplinary collaborative program. As a sub-event of the global youth initiative "Shared Heritage, Shared Future," the camp focuses on the preservation and revitalization of World Cultural Heritage sites, promoting innovative design to integrate cultural heritage into contemporary urban life.
