1. Translation of driver's license and passport

3. Passport, valid visa or residence (stay) permit with a duration of at least 3 months, and the Registration Form of Residence for Foreign Nationals
Notes:
(1) Visa extension, replacement or reinsurance and stay and residence permits can be applied at the following exit-entry administration center in Changsha:
