7 Overseas Experts at the Event Site Reached Cooperation with High-Tech Zone Enterprises!

On October 11th, the "International Talent Exchange Matchmaking Meeting of Overseas Talents Offshore Base" was successfully held, which was hosted by Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology (Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs), Shijiazhuang Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology (Municipal Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs) and Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone Science and Technology Bureau, and undertaken by Hebei (Shijiazhuang) Overseas Talents Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base. At the meeting, Yang Lijun, the second-level researcher of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Provincial Science and Technology Department, delivered a speech, and Tian Junyuan, the chief of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, made an important speech. He Zifa, the third-level researcher of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and Liu Chao, deputy director of the Science and Technology Bureau of High-tech Zone, and other leaders of relevant departments attended the meeting. The meeting was held in the form of "online + offline", with more than 80 representatives attending.

The conference invited Ms. K M V D, an American expert who works in the University of Florida; Mr. K A, a Pakistani expert with multidisciplinary background who specializes in physics; Mr. I G, a Russian expert who is proficient in experimental surgical medicine; Mr. A Q, a biomedical materials engineer of Hamgam Company in Iran; Ms. Li, president of WISE Campus in dongguk university, South Korea; Mr. S N, a German professor with rich educational experience in China and the United States; and Mr. Meng , an American professor at the Institute of Advanced Confucianism of Shandong University, to attend and release the project. During the meeting, representatives of many enterprises actively exchanged ideas with overseas experts.

At the meeting, overseas experts were encouraged to reach cooperation intentions on talents and projects with seven enterprises, and cooperation agreements were signed, namely, cooperation agreements were signed between AISI Education and Training School in Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone and German education expert Mr. S N; cooperation agreements were signed between Shijiazhuang Lebedi Education Technology Co., Ltd. and American education expert Mr. Meng; cooperation agreements were signed between Taibidi Pharmaceutical Technology (Shijiazhuang) Co., Ltd. and Iranian medical expert Mr. A Q; and cooperation agreements were signed between Hebei Nuosheng Kechuang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and American medical expert Ms. KMVD.

In the future, the offshore base for overseas talents will continue to play its key role as an international exchange platform, actively carry out international talent exchange activities, overseas experts' trips to Hebei and overseas visits, continuously pool global high-quality resources, quickly respond to the needs of enterprises in Hebei Province in technology research and development, talent introduction and project cooperation, and realize the effective transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements through efficient allocation and accurate docking of resources, so as to further enhance industrial competitiveness.
