Dear foreigners, we sincerely invite you to attend The 2026 Xiamen Foreign Talent Sharing and Exchange Session!

This event is hosted by Leading Group Office for Education, Science and Technology, and Talent Development of the CPC Xiamen Municipal Committee and Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, undertaken by Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs and Fujian C&E YH Public Relation Service Co.,Ltd., and co-organized by Xiamen High Level Talents Development Center, Xiamen Software Industry Investment and Development Co.,Ltd. and Guanren Community Committee of Yundang Subdistrict,Siming District, Xiamen.
It is a series event of the 2026 BRICS Exhibition on New Industrial Revolution

We will offer:

1. Comprehensive interpretation of major preferential policies for foreign talents in Xiamen
Covers work permits, innovation and entrepreneurship, living services, stay and residence policies, Five-Star Card application, and more.

2. Launch of the Xiamen Expats’ One-Stop Service Guide
A Chinese-English bilingual guide covering living guides, legal consultation, medical care, education, etc.

3. Sharing session by foreign friends
Listen to experiences and feelings of living in Xiamen from other foreigners.

4.  On-site one-on-one consultation
Staff from the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau and Xiamen Foreign Professionals Service Center will answer questions on site.

5. Exhibition visit
The exhibition will feature the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center Zone, the International Exhibition Zone, the Intelligent Factory Exhibition Zone, the Intelligent Mobility Exhibition Zone, the Smart Agriculture Exhibition Zone, the Smart Healthcare and Education Exhibition Zone and the Outdoor Exhibition Zone, fully showcasing achievements in technological innovation and industrial development.
