On April 11, the Qinghai Lamian Noodles Cultural Interview, co sponsored by the Qinghai Provincial Department of Commerce and the National Culture Palace of the National Ethnic Affairs Commission, was held in Beijing. Mark Liwen, an English professor at the Central University for Nationalities and winner of the Chinese Government Friendship Award, talked about the issue of standardization in catering during an interview, using restaurants around his home as an example to praise the cooking pressure and uniqueness of Chinese restaurants.
