Suizhou is rich in jujube, especially in the towns of Anju, Xinjie, Lishan, Shangshi, Tangxian and Wanfudian. The preserved candied jujube of Suizhou was the tribute to the emperor during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Today, it is sold well nationwide.
