International Services Shanghai,a handbook for expatriates, has been released

On the morning of 28th September, a ceremony was held in Shanghai for the release of International Services Shanghai, a handbook for expatriates, compiled and published by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and the Shanghai People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, as well as for the awarding of certificates to " International Experience Ambassadors".
