Suzhou continues to issue movie vouchers

As Suzhou's annual box office surpassed 900 million yuan, the city has started a new round of movie promotional campaign.
From today to March 3, 2026, limited 20-yuan vouchers (applicable when purchasing a movie ticket priced at 30 yuan or above) will be available from 10 a.m. daily on the mobile app and Alipay mini program of Taopiaopiao (淘票票). Over one million random-amount red packets will also be distributed during this period.

A number of blockbuster movies will be released in the next two months, including "Avatar: Fire and Ash" on December 19, "Wicked: For Good" on December 24, "The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants" on January 1 and "Unexpected Family" starring Jackie Chan on January 1.
In addition, from December 31, 2025 to January 2, 2026, a movie-themed celebration will be held at the Jiangnan Center of China Film Archive, Shengheng Cinema Gallery at Cangjie and CGV Cinema at Suzhou Center.
