Dance Drama: A Dream of Red Mansions

Drawing on the chapter-based structure of classic Chinese novels, the dance drama translates 12 iconic scenes, including “Entry into Rongguo House”, “Land of Illusion”, and “Jealousy”, into 12 dance acts and presents to the audience classic plots in the original novel, such as the Imperial Concubine’s family reunion, Lin Daiyu’s weeps for fallen blossoms, and Grannie Liu’s entry into the Rongguo mansion.
