Chengdu Launches 100-Billion-Yuan Future Industries Fund Cluster

On November 21, Chengdu Future Industries Fund signed agreements with six cooperation institutions (CDH Investments, CICC Capital, Hone Capital, China Fortune-Innovation Capital, ICBC Financial Asset Investment, and Houwei Capital), marking the official launch of the first batch of sub-funds with a total value of RMB 6.5 billion. These sub-funds bring together leading domestic institutions, industrial capital, and professional investment teams from niche sectors. They will establish their presence across Chengdu’s “9+9+10” modern industrial system with differentiated investment strategies, driving comprehensive breakthroughs in critical fields of frontier technologies, such as AI, quantum technology, advanced semiconductors, life and health sciences, and new energy.
