The Liaoning Provincial Library will extend its opening hours and open for extra days during the winter vacation in 2026 (from January 19 to February 28).
The specific arrangements from January 19 to February 28 are as follows: From Monday to Tuesday and from Thursday to Sunday, the library extends its opening hours by one hour, operating from 8:30 to 18:00. On Wednesdays, the library opens from 8:30 to 12:00. The extended opening hours apply to the Document Lending Center and the Children's Service Center.
The opening arrangements for the Spring Festival holiday in 2026 will be notified separately.

From January 18 to February 28, the Liaoning Art Museum will extend its opening hours by one hour. The museum opens from 9:00 to 18:00 every day (admission ends at 17:30). The opening arrangements during the Spring Festival holiday in 2026 will be notified separately.

From January 19 to March 9, the Shenyang Xinle Ancient Ruins will not be closed on Mondays. The museum opens from 9:00 to 16:30 (admission ends at 16:00).
