Cai Hongtao: Building Hebei offshore service platform into an international service platform with global influence

On February 22, the comprehensive service platform for Hebei science and technology enterprises to go to sea, which was jointly built by Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology (Hebei Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs) and the Shijiazhuang Municipal Government, was unveiled in Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone, becoming the first integrated service platform in the province to help science and technology enterprises to go to sea.At the event site, Cai Hongtao, head of the comprehensive service platform for Hebei science and technology enterprises, said in an interview that the platform will help Hebei enterprises to establish an international vision, enhance the internationalization level of enterprises, and link innovative elements such as overseas scientific and technological talents.
