Come and enjoy maple leaves in Suzhou Tianping Mountain!

Tianping Mountain has entered its prime maple leaf viewing period since this week, with over 50 percent of the maple leaves transformed. It is prime time to rush there and enjoy the maple leaves!

Tianping Mountain, one of China's four great maple leaf viewing destinations, is renowned for its three wonders: red maples, bizarre rock formations, and crystal-clear springs. Scattered across the mountain are over 120 ancient maple trees with a history of over 420 years. They were planted during the Wanli Era (1573-1620) of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) by Fan Yunlin, the 17th-generation descendant of Northern Song Dynasty statesman Fan Zhongyan. As the largest ancient maple cluster in East China, it's a must-visit spot in autumn!As temperatures gradually drop, the leaves transition from green to yellow, orange, red, and purple, weaving together into a breathtaking five-colored maple spectacle. The scenery changes almost daily, ensuring a uniquely enchanting autumn experience whenever you visit.

Maple Adventure with Fan Yunlin

Time: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Nov 15 Location: Fanjing Terrace翻经台Hear stories about Fan Yunlin who built the mountain villa and introduced maple trees to Tianping Mountain. Visitors can experience the traditional craft of leaf rubbing.
Additionally, there are activities such as the Interactive Autumn Leaf Wall, Banging the Lucky Gong, and a photo exhibition of the four top maple leaf viewing destinations. The events will last through December 14.
