Tianjin holds concerts along Haihe River

The opening ceremony of the Bridge-side Music Concerts was held at Jinwan Plaza in Tianjin on April 12, providing tourists with a melodious experience while admiring the illuminated landmarks along the Haihe River.

Li Zhuo, deputy head of Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism said: "The bridge-side music events bring together professional groups and performance organizations such as the Tianjin Symphony Orchestra, Tianjin Song and Dance Theater, Tianjin Grand Theatre, and Tianjin Conservatory of Music. They will present large-scale concerts and musical performances along banks of the Haihe River."

It has crafted 8 series of exciting activities running from April to October. During this period, activities will be held around important holidays such as Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, and weekends.

The Haihe River, Tianjin's mother river, is lined with a seamless blend of historical and modern buildings along its banks, making it one of the city's most famous tourist attractions.
