Christian Giorgio Roberto Taranti: Building a Technological Bridge as a Qianjiang Friendship Ambassador

For Christian Giorgio Roberto Taranti, September 28th 2022 is a memorable day. On this day, he was honored with the title of “Qianjiang Friendship Ambassador”by Hangzhou Government, which is the highest recognition for international friends in Hangzhou.
As the Chief Technology Officer (“CTO”) of Hangzhou Huicang Information Technology Co., Ltd. ( “HC Robotics”), Christian has contributed to the economic and social development of Hangzhou through the use of advanced international technology, expertise and management concepts. He has also built bridges for international exchange and cooperation in the city.

Christian’s work involves translating good ideas into product prototypes, continuously improving and transforming them into marketable products, at the same time maintaining these products throughout the entire life cycle of the company. Currently, his specific task is to develop high-speed three-dimensional storage and design intelligent robots capable of automatic sorting.
At HC Robotics, Christian is the busiest person. Most of the time, he is in the research and development center, working with the team to study equipment, inspect systems and respond to technical inquiries from colleagues. In his view, a key aspect of technology development is to fully understand the technological needs of current and future products, carefully select the most promising technologies as well as methods, and implement them one by one.
