The third Qingdao Li Yuan Comedy Festival will take place from September 19 to 28 to bring an immersive comedy experience to the historic old town and unlock a new wave of energy across the district.
The third Qingdao Li Yuan Comedy Festival will centre on the historic Li Yuan courtyard communities in Qingdao’s old town to unite leading comedy brands and performing arts groups from China and abroad, featuring a packed program of high-quality events, including opening and closing ceremonies, comedy brand showcases and a comedy carnival that will spotlight the old town’s rich history and cultural heritage. The festival aims to create an immersive celebration that combines the old town’s vibrant street life with artistic excellence and international appeal while further raising its profile and influence, ultimately resulting in a lively urban district where joy awaits at every turn and fun can be found around every corner.
