It features high-quality ecological spaces such as Jing An Sculpture Park and Butterfly Bay Green Space, where greenery and humanity blend harmoniously, making it a livable and workable place. The subdistrict is committed to connecting Chinese and foreign residents through innovative projects, aiming to create an open, inclusive, and dynamically shared living space that allows diverse cultures to take root and thrive here.

Community development participants
Care for our community, lend your support, and work together with us to make our neighborhood safer and more welcoming.

Here, join the "Happy Gardeners" volunteer team to tend community gardens and beautify public green spaces;
Join the "Qingqing River Guardians" to patrol the Butterfly Bay waterway, clearing floating debris from the water surface and removing garbage along the banks.
In the "Old Partners" Volunteer Service Project, you can participate in activities together with elderly seniors, help them buy groceries and deliver medicine, and offer emotional support.
Participate in the "Safe Patrol Team" during holidays and at night to conduct safety publicity, patrol streets and alleys, and foster a safe and harmonious community environment.

Cultural Exchange Ambassador
Connecting people across cultures via interactive sharing to promote mutual understanding, friendship, and multicultural harmony.

Host native language cultural salons (language/food/art experiences);
Join the "Guofeng Club" volunteer team to plan pairing activities between Chinese and foreign families, and carry out Hanfu experiences and intangible cultural heritage handicrafts.
Participate in the "White-Collar One Hour of Public Welfare" Volunteer Service Project, using a one-hour lunch break to exchange skills with community residents;
Support subdistrict international forums and assist with receiving visits from multinatonal enterprises;
Assist in compiling guides for foreigners to integrate into local life.

Project Collaborator

A Project Collaborator connects residents, volunteers, and other stakeholders—assisting in planning, coordinating resources, supporting implementation, tracking progress, and incorporating feedback to ensure initiatives.

Join the "Running Shi'er" volunteer team, with opportunities to obtain an AED professional training certificate; participate in volunteer points redemption; and engage in the volunteer Five-Color Flower Growth System.

This Is Who We’re Looking For
Aged 18+, passionate about cross-cultural communication;
Possess basic English communication skills;
A strong sense of responsibility and the flexibility to thrive in team collaboration;
Having a special skill is a plus (teaching/design/photography/sports/IT, etc.).
