Wuqiang New Year Painting Museum is the first professional museum of New Year paintings in China established in 1985. It is located in Wuqiang County along the Cangshi Road in the North China Plain. The museum buildings are simple and elegant, rich in traditional and national characteristics. It is not only the hometown of New Year paintings, but also an art hall to display and study traditional art and folk culture.
On August 23, 2011, the National Tourism Quality Rating Committee approved it as a "National 4A-level Tourist Attraction", making it the first and only national 4A-level tourist attraction in Hengshui City.
