This exhibition invites visitors to explore meteorites from multiple perspectives: science, mythology, and history, while re-imagining classic stories and uncovering the beauty of celestial stones.
Divided into three sections of Celestial Chronicles, When Stars Become Tools, and Echoes of the Falling Stars, the show features rare treasures like the world's first meteorite
bian qing, a traditional Chinese percussion instrument made of stone or jade, suspended in a wooden frame and played with small mallets during court music and ceremonial rituals.
Other highlights include a meteorite iron staff reminiscent of the Monkey King's legendary weapon. It's a poetic conversation between humanity and the cosmos.
