V. Fee Schedule

1. Billing cycle: 24 hours constitutes one billing period.
2. Charges beyond the reserved time will be calculated according to the rates in the fee schedule.
3. Retrieving items from the locker during the storage period is not permitted; any such retrieval will be treated as luggage collection.

VI. Storage Instructions

1. Storage conditions: All items must pass security screening. If required, please cooperate with locker inspections.
2. Required documents for storage: The depositor's ID card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents. If a representative is to collect the items, both the depositor's and the representative's valid ID/passport/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents must be presented.
3. Required documents for collection: The depositor must present the valid document used at the time of storage. A representative must present the original of their own valid ID.
4. Prohibited items: Flammable, explosive, corrosive items, drugs, cultural relics, classified documents, power banks, high-proof liquor (alcohol content ≥ 70%), pets, items with strong odors, etc.
5. Overdue items: Items unclaimed for over one month without prior notification will be considered abandoned, and the luggage storage service assumes no responsibility for such items.
