You're welcome to borrow umbrellas for free at HZ metro stations

The shared umbrella service in Hangzhou metro has been officially launched since Aug 29. By scanning the code through Alipay or WeChat, you can easily borrow and return the shared-umbrellas.

The suppling site of the shared umbrellas is set near the Customer Service Center in each metro station. There are 24 umbrellas altogether at each station, which are divided into two patterns: sunshade and umbrella.

Above the umbrella stand, there is a QR code for the borrowing and returning. Besides, citizens and tourists are suggested to follow official accounts such as“杭州地铁”，“杭州地铁官方”，“杭州地铁运营公司”on WeChat, and then they can borrow the shared-umbrellas by clicking the column of “借还伞”.

Notice for the borrowing and returning
1. The shared umbrellas must be returned in 7 days once being borrowed. The deposit is non-refundable if the umbrella is overdue.2. The deposit for each shared umbrella is 20 RMB, which will be refunded to the original account after the return of the umbrellas. The borrowers who take the shared umbrellas by scanning the QR code can view their order records synchronously on WeChat and Alipay; those who borrow the shared umbrellas offline can contact the station staff during operating hours to handle the borrowing and returning procedures.3. Please show the QR code of the returned umbrella before the refund of your deposit. The deposit is non-refundable if the umbrella is lost or broken.4. Please read the relevant clause in the Notice for Borrowing and Returning carefully. It means that you have agreed to the terms and conditions on the notice once you borrowed the umbrella. 5. Please contact the staff on site if there are any other problems arising from the borrowing and returning process.
