The Shanghai Airport Authority (AVINEX) Suzhou City Terminal Service Center officially began trial operations at Terminals T1 and T2 of Shanghai Pudong International Airport on September 25.
Under the policy of visa-free entry, the number of international tourists visiting China this year is expected to exceed 35 million, setting a new historical record for inbound tourism in China.
The service center integrates the urban functions of an aviation service hub, a cultural exchange platform, an industrial integration node, and a business travel distribution center, serving as a front showcase of Suzhou's city image and services at the airport in Shanghai.
The staff members at the service center are all proficient in English. With professional translation devices, they are capable of communicating in diverse scenarios. Additionally, they provide comprehensive services for passengers, including travel inquiries, recommendations for tourism, accommodation, dining, transportation, attractions, shopping, and entertainment in Suzhou, airport transfers, luggage storage, and door-to-door delivery solutions.
