I. Job Responsibilities
Develop and improve the system and process system for maintaining the company's key information systems. Be responsible for the daily operation and guarantee of the company's core business systems, Treasury Management System and other digital platforms and supporting systems, including system monitoring, fault troubleshooting, and performance optimization, ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient 24×7 operation of the systems, while supporting the uninterrupted development of core system services such as payment and settlement and customer service.
Implement all requirements of the company's relevant systems and implementation rules for business continuity, data security and other aspects.
Be responsible for system user permission management, patch updates, version upgrades, configuration adjustments and other work. Strictly comply with the company's IT operation and maintenance management systems and safety specifications, complete change management, emergency response and disposal related records, and reduce operation and maintenance risks.
Cooperate in the construction of important information systems such as the core business systems and Treasury Management System, participate in pre-launch testing, deployment and post-launch operation connection work of the systems, assist in system iteration and optimization, and improve system adaptability and user experience.
Investigate potential safety hazards in system operation, cooperate in the implementation of safety reinforcement, vulnerability repair and other work, and ensure the security of system data and system assets in line with regulatory compliance requirements.
Be responsible for the compilation, update and archiving of operation and maintenance documents, including system operation and maintenance manuals, fault handling plans, change records, etc., to form a standardized operation and maintenance system; assist in the accumulation and sharing of operation and maintenance knowledge to improve the team's operation and maintenance efficiency.
Respond to system operation consulting from various departments of the company, quickly solve various problems arising in the process of system use, and provide technical support.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above.
Major in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Data Science and Big Data Technology, Information Security, Network Engineering or related fields.
More than 3 years of experience in system development, implementation or maintenance; experience in information system construction or operation and maintenance in the financial industry or large enterprises is preferred.
Familiar with the basic framework, operation mode and workflow of ITIL.
Proficient in the installation, configuration and maintenance of mainstream operating systems and fault troubleshooting; master the use of common operation and maintenance tools; understand the basic operation and maintenance of mainstream databases, and be able to complete simple queries, backups and recovery operations.
Possess basic network knowledge, understand the basic configuration and maintenance of TCP/IP protocol, routers, switches and other network equipment; be familiar with the ideas of information system fault troubleshooting, have strong problem analysis and resolution capabilities, and be able to respond to emergency faults quickly. Understand the regulatory requirements of the financial industry (such as relevant specifications on level protection and data security), and experience in operation and maintenance of core financial systems and payment systems is preferred.
Have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, be rigorous and meticulous, and be able to bear certain work pressure; possess good communication and coordination capabilities and team awareness, and efficiently complete various operation and maintenance tasks in cooperation with business departments and technical teams; have strong learning ability to quickly master new systems and technologies in the financial industry and adapt to the operation and maintenance needs under the background of digital transformation.
