Its extensive logistics network and rapidly expanding market platform provide an opportunity to sell its products across 11 time zones and offer consumers a wide range of product categories with rich choices.
Provide training for Chinese sellers, helping them better understand how to successfully localize products for Russian consumers; introduce trends and in-demand categories of Chinese products, assisting Chinese sellers in developing marketing strategies adapted to the local environment.
Responsibilities:
― Strategy Development: understand cross-border e-commerce business, possess extensive experience in store operations on cross-border e-commerce platforms, and be able to distill strategies and case studies;
― Course Design: design reasonable and effective support courses based on the goals and needs of sellers at different stages, helping them complete store setup, sales, and sales growth on the Ozon platform;
― Course Delivery: execute training programs according to monthly/quarterly plans, conducting online live sessions or offline classes; communicate and interact effectively with sellers, using clear and accessible language to answer operational questions and explain platform policy updates;
― Seller Management: understand the profile of cross-border e-commerce sellers, build strong relationships with them, and invite sellers to participate in online and offline training activities through methods such as WeChat communities;
― Data Analysis: track relevant operational metrics before and after sellers participate in training courses, analyzing and measuring their growth and progress.
Qualifications:
― Proficiency in PPT creation and writing; training/lecturing experience, with preference given to those who have experience as lecturers at offline events with over 100 attendees;
― At least 3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce operations or international trade;
― Fluency in English as a working language;
― Willingness to occasionally travel for business;
― Work location in Shenzhen or Hangzhou.
