Specializing in the design and manufacturing of CMP retaining rings (a.k.a. Chemical Mechanical Polishing rings) and other high precision plastic and metal components.


Job Profile:

Focus on finding new customers, and promoting and selling the company’s products.
To build the best possible sales team, we are looking for candidate that are a “hunter.”
• Mission focused — Their mission is to close new business. Anything that detours them from their mission is a hindrance.
• Numbers-driven — They know that sales is a numbers game and are always looking for ways to be more productive and efficient.

Be responsible for Territory/Regional sales revenue, profitability and market development, foster and build new business pipeline for sustainable grow plan.

• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and build relationships with new and potential clients
• Follow AKT’s short term and long-term strategy by managing customer targets, commitments and expectations
• Conduct market research and information exchanges with regional business team and internal stakeholders
• Participate in regional tradeshows to get potential customers leads and market insights
• Understand product offerings and client needs to offer the best solutions and highest level of support
• Make AKT’ name top of mind of our targeted business community.
• Manage and maintain quality of opportunities within our CRM system


Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in STEM is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Min. 3 years’ positive experience in b2b sales, experience in semiconductor industry is an advantage
• You are comfortable with traveling for prospection (25% of your time)
• You are highly independent and motivated to get things done
