Senior Algorithm Engineer, Majors related to computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, etc
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of AI related projects in the company, including but not limited to technical research and development in fields such as machine learning and deep learning.
2. Independently complete the entire process of model development, including medical image and video feature engineering, data preprocessing, model training, model optimization, model deployment monitoring, and model performance evaluation.
3. Able to combine business scenarios and data analysis results to identify deficiencies in algorithm models and strategy mechanisms, propose improvement plans, and promote their implementation.
4. Track the cutting-edge algorithms and technological advancements in the field of artificial intelligence, evaluate the introduction of new algorithms and models based on business characteristics, and apply them to improve product performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in computational vision technology and algorithms, with rich experience in image or video processing algorithm research, profound understanding and application experience of the latest large model architecture, and experience in fine-tuning and training large models for business.
2. Possess strong programming skills, proficient in mainstream programming languages such as C++/Python, proficient in using one or more deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit learn, TensorFlow, etc., and have rich experience in neural network tuning.
Having experience in developing AI based detection algorithms in the field of medical imaging and implementing them in practice.
