Karrex (Hong Kong) Ltd, is a 24 year old company with its head offices in Manchester, UK. We only deal in our own unique range of products, (we are not a trading company). Our products are, Music Vinyl records, Record players, Record cases and a range of Vinyl related products, go to amazon.co.uk type in record cases and you will see that under our own brand ‘Retro Musique’ we are by far the number one selling record cases on Amazon and have been for the past four years. Our products are sold extensively into Europe, America, South America, & Asia.


Job Profile:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing, OEM Marketing.
1. Digital Marketing experience, knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and search engine (Google Adwords) / social media (Facebook, Linked-In) advertising;
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels

Responsibilities:

Working directly with the director of the company (UK, National) based in Guangzhou / Hong Kong.
Develop a successful marketing, brand, and CRM strategy.
• Drive and execute innovation and impact-driven brand plans.
• Manage all marketing activities in alignment with International business objectives and corporate marketing strategic goals.
• Brand Management - Plan and execute ATL and BTL activities.
• Overall brand development - Ensuring the brand generating long term growth for the company.
• Optimise and secure long term value of the brands (measure using consumer awareness, consumer preference, image/reputation, profit and market share)
• Contribute to the fulfilment of the overall company strategy through developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for product development, market research, advertising.
• Identify new opportunities that can influence brand growth.
• Increase overall profitability via effective commercial/ channel mix strategy.
• Drive market share and maintain brand equity.


Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English (oral & written) as well as another European language (This is a must)
• Personal outlook: Entrepreneurial, ‘can do’ attitude.
• Strong time management skills with attention to details.
• Good project management experience with proven result.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Ability to leverage resources in the organization.
• Ability to handle complex and matrix relationship and decision process.
• Experience in managing trade shows/exhibitions/events is a plus

Benefit:

Working hours are 9.30 to 6.30 with a five day week; however you will be required to work such hours in order to complete your work, if necessary. The company offers a competitive remuneration package plus a sales commission based on sales targets with increment evaluation.
