Our company is a self-operated fast-fashion brand headquartered in the Israel, specializing in providing sweet and spicy-style fast-fashion apparel for young girls aged 16-25.
The brand's sales center and design center were established in the United States in 2020, and a sourcing office was set up in China in 2021, serving as the sole global sourcing center. Currently, our primary markets cover the United States and Europe.
In the Chinese region, business processes commence with the acceptance of design and development requirements from the design center. Subsequently, bulk orders are issued by the headquarters, encompassing development、bulk production (including bulk order follow-up), bulk order tracking, quality inspection, supplier delivery back to the warehouse, receiving, warehouse re-inspection, preparation for shipment, coordination with freight forwarders, and shipment. The primary mode of shipment is by air, with a small amount of sea freight utilized.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage the delivery date of bulk orders to ensure on-time, quality and quantity shipments;
2. Assist the general manager to make annual production plans;
3. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth internal work flow within the company;
4. Guide suppliers to produce bulks according to our company's quality production standards and delivery standards;
5. Establish company quality standards and supplier management system;
6. Evaluate each supplier and conduct hierarchical management of suppliers;
7. Supervise the delivery date, quality and progress of the overall bulk production process;
8. Organize quality inspection training from time to time to ensure that colleagues in the QC department understand the company's quality standards;
9. Organize cross-department communication meetings regularly to ensure smooth cooperation between departments;
10. Complete the work assigned by the general manager;

Qualifications:

1. Full-time college degree or above;
2. Good at English ;
3. Familiarity with the apparel foreign trade industry;
4. Strong in production management system for apparel;
5.Familiar with apparel quality inspection standards and the ability to establish a quality inspection system for apparel.
