Job Profile:

Purpose of the Position: is an executive role responsible for managing the financial actions of a company.


Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing financial strategies and plans for the company
• Managing the financial forecasting and budgeting process
• Monitoring all financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met
• Coordinating and producing all tax documentation as required
• Reviewing all formal finance and administrative procedures
• Overseeing the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
• Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company
• Supervising financial reporting and budgeting team
• Working closely with other executives and team leaders to develop and execute company strategy
People management:
• Participate in recruitment, on boarding, appraisals, ranking and staff development initiatives of production team.
Labour, Fire Safety, Risk Management
• To ensure that labour safety and fire safety standards are followed, including the proper use of safety equipment, adherence to safety protocols, weekly internal risk-management audits, and organizing firefighting procedures in case of fire.


Qualifications:

• Min. 5 years of experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
• Higher education (economics, finance, accounting), MBA degree is an advantage.
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Fluent English and local language are required.
• Readiness for travelling.
• Management training: Data management, HR, Purchasing, Technical planning, IT, Legal, Accounting, Logistics, Sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
• PC literacy: MS Office.
