Job Profile:

To begin in September 2026 for the full autumn semester running through January 2027. This is a part-time position at an international school in Beijing, requiring a commitment of just once a week (regular weekly session).

Responsibilities:

Field & Equipment Management: Arrive early to set up the field (bases, nets, balls, cones, etc.) before practice begins. Ensure all equipment is safely packed up, counted, and neatly stored after the session.

Station & Lesson Execution: Deliver and execute structured, pre-planned activities and rotating stations (offense, defense, base running) provided by the head coach. No lesson planning or independent curriculum design is required.

Student Safety First: Supervise children closely during all drills, rotations, and games to guarantee a completely safe and secure training environment.

Qualifications:

Must know the game: Strong background as a baseball/softball player (grew up playing, club level, etc.) with a thorough, proper understanding of baseball rules.

Coaching experience is NOT required: Great for someone new to coaching who loves working with kids and wants to learn.

Plusses (But not mandatory—we can help you obtain these): USA Baseball Coach Certifications (A, B, or C) or valid First Aid Certification.
